For the moment, informations found here : https://app.agorakit.org/pages/help don’t really help…
For this instance at least, I feel it would be conveniant to be oriented to :

and

where I wish we would find a public roadmap (maybe it’s not the place, maybe I didn’t see it – I’m not a dev and still not used to git/hub)

Both are highly lacking.

I need help to write the end user documentation, would you volunteer ? :-)

In french, maybe, yes…

I’m trying to put a Free Software User Group in place in my town, and still uncertain about which tool(s) to use to work in team…
Just before comming here, I was looking into bbpress and buddypress for Wordpress…
I think that the ability to log in one single account to do multiple things will be important for our members (lots of old folks…) ;
I’m considering the ability to produce MOOCs for our members and people, LMS style (Moodle, EdX…),
Wordpress makes it all possible for non developpers or "sysadmins", but is quickly becomming a "usine à gaz"-slow-and-probably-unsecure-mastodon then…
Agorakit still is a clear and simple solution for some of these needs,
I’m hopping for the ability to vote, and for a list view for the calendar, displaying the details and descriptions of the events, as this produce the summary or the annual review of the non profit organization (on obtient facilement un genre de bilan moral détaillé, en décrivant simplement chaque événement dans le calendrier, grâce à ce type de vue) ; Teamup is a really great tool in this sense (you can select a period of events, and get a PDF with printable data), making collaboration easy… but it’s not free software.
I wish I was able to install Agorakit as Garradin for exemple (via FTP),
I will probably help this projet first,

But I hope that we will form a team and do concrete stuff, like helping your awesome projects…
There is also Flarum, which is very promising.
Agorakit, Garradin and Flarum all are PHP (and mysql?) based, so it would make sense to choose one or more of them and to teach this programming language to volunters, as we could then help to improve the tools we use… Problem is I feel that Python is a far more synthetic and easy language to learn and teach, especially as a first language…

I – we, since yesterday – still need to draw the whole picture of our project, needs and ambitions,

Anyhow, all this will take a long time, years probably…

And thanks a lot for your hard work !
Agorakit is or would be a great place to start !
