The European Diversity Cereal Festival in Denmark will bring together parallel sessions of baking workshops, beer workshops, field demonstrations, market place, posters and lectures.
Participants will have the possibility of looking at the field collection of cereals’ varieties and populations from all over Europe sent in by all participants and networks. The Festival focus is on heritage varieties, landraces, heterogeneous populations and varieties bred for organic farming.
Experiences, through posters, lectures, field visits and practical workshops, will be presented and shared by farmers, advisors, producers, processors and scientists from all over Europe.
